Ocean Avenue Investment Partners, LLC. was formed to help homebuyers recover from one of the worst financial crises in the United States by putting the power of home ownership back into the buyer's hands. We are purchasing homes directly off the bank's balance sheets and financing buyers directly, who would no longer qualify with more stringent lending requirements currently in place. Our goal is to simplify the purchasing process but still provide homebuyers an opportunity to purchase where few opportunities for ownership currently exist.

Our partner's backgrounds in various industries, including institutional investment management, residential real estate, telecommunications and marketing has led to the formation of a unique company whose core strategy is to help individuals across the country revive their dream of home ownership.
