Ocean Avenue Investment Partners, LLC was formed to help home buyers recover from one of the worst financial crises in the United States by putting the power of home ownership back into the buyer's hands. We are purchasing homes directly off the bank's balance sheets and financing buyers directly, who would no longer qualify with more stringent lending requirements currently in place. Our goal is to simplify the purchasing process but still provide homebuyers opportunites where few opportunities for ownership currently exist.

Our partner's backgrounds in various industries, including institutional investment management, residential real estate, telecommunications and marketing has led to the formation of a unique company whose core strategy is to help individuals across the country revive their dream of home ownership.

Our Process:

Our goal at Ocean Avenue Investment Partners is to simplify and streamline the purchase process in order to get you into your home as quickly and as easily as possible. Here are some basic facts about what we do and how it will assist you in getting into your new home as quickly as possible.

The purchase process is very straightforward and simple. We have closed purchase transactions in as little as 3 days with a motivated buyer!

*Identify your property/properties of interest.

*We perform a brief income check to verify you qualify to make the stated payment amount.

*We give you access to the property for a walk-through to make sure you feel comfortable about the property.

*We perform a simple credit check. High credit scores are not a requirement for qualification to our program!

*We receive a non-refundable down payment towards the purchase of the property.

*We send and receive signed, notarized documents in the form of a Land Contract.

***You own the home!

After closing, you will be setup with a Note Servicing agent who will process future payments throughout the term of the note.
